From an annotated list of takes to a raw file for hand-off to your audio guy on a tight deadline – I can do that. With a wide range to draw from, I quickly identify with your copy and deliver it honestly and clearly. If I’m the “voice in your head” and you only need an edited VO track – then lets do it.

Content Development

Early in my career I was fortunate to be part of several startup companies that required turnkey marketing initiatives providing the opportunity to not only be the voice of a campaign, but also a lead in developing the content strategies, copywriting and editing. Although I have worked across industries, I bring unique value in the financial, technology and healthcare sectors due to a former 20+ years in C-level corporate business development and marketing. Collaborating with creative teams in a professional manner and delivering content under pressure excites me. I’m also a farm kid, so you’ll hear a lot of me in many agriculture spots.

Voice Over, Sound Design, Special EFX

Making your TV or digital media spot stand out from the herd is not easy. It often requires full environmental and sound design special EFX. As an ASCAP licensed musician I provide background music, stingers, jingles, and sound design or we can keep it simple with a soothing music loop under an IVR recording. Having produced national TV and radio spots I can custom design all sound elements.

All the stuff I just named above is absolutely silent and really doesn’t do much without your vision, and my voice. Only then – does all that stuff actually SOUND impressive.

As far as the media industry finding footing with guys in homes studios – yes – that’s the way it’s heading.

But trust me. There is nothing that can ever sound like something produced in a professional Commercial Studio – by Professional Producers. But I’m pretty darn close because mine was built from years watching listening and learning from the real Chicago Studio Greats. And I’ll spend the rest of my life chasing perfection. Until the day I chase nothing.

My rates ALWAYS come with a full guarantee – value is only defined by continued reward for delivering.

I have a portable VO Rig that is a direct extension of my studio – so even if I’m on the road I can meet your immediate needs for the unexpected – the “uh oh” or “need it yesterday” situations.

The best audition you could ever hope for is talking to who you hire before you hire them. Lets talk.

SAMPLE DELIVERABLES

A 24bit 48000Hz (or 16 bit) mastered, clean edited (smooth to copy) audio file. I will include the standard mix master eq template that I use as well as a “raw” file. I preamp everything with a Manley Core Pre-amp and I use only Sennheiser and Neumann mics (Senn 416 is 99%).

PAYMENT TERMS

PayPal works and for new clients a 50% deposit is required and the remaining 50% once you have cleared the audio deliverables. There is a 30-day grace period after final payment for producers (and TV stations) in case the client has any minor copy changes.

PROCESS

I am able to incorporate both your video and any music elements in the project. If possible I like to have them to ensure unity and flow in the video. Feel free to point to any of my work on my Voices.com or Vimeo.com pages – there’s a lot there. Please indicate the work so I get in the right pocket.

FILE DELIVERY METHOD

Files can be sent via Dropbox, We Transfer, Google Cloud or any FTP service (Mozilla). I save client files in dual cloud storage for 2-years. This is included, however I do not hold any liability for loss of files due to cloud vendor failure.

Included are any alternate takes needed and I guarantee my performance – meaning I do NOT charge for a change in performance. I guarantee 100% satisfaction.
